We loved having a suite, and the record player with classic jazz records was a truly charming touch - we used it every single night we were there! Closet storage space was also great, and we loved the exposed brick wall. In terms of location, we found it to be a perfect base for walking around - close to great restaurants (Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Compere Lapin, Peche), walkable distance to the French Quarter and the Marigny, and walkable distance from the streetcar line to the Garden District. Also, it was close to the start of Mardi Gras parades! Surprisingly given its central location, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, and we got a great night's sleep every night we were there. The suite was also nice and clean, and the hotel's front desk was manned at all hours.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I’d stayed at in years. The staff were amazing, especially Maggie the General Manager who was super helpful and friendly. She even gave us bottles of cold water after we stored our luggage and went out on our last day. The room was spacious and very clean, very comfortable beds and there were so many extras provided such as body lotion, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The (complimentary) breakfast choice was excellent - eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, yoghurt, fruit, bagels, bread, muffins, cereal, tea, coffee, water and juices. The location was great, approx 20/25 minute walk into Jackson Square and the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Walking into the hotel, I was impressed by the quality of the decor (including nods to New Orleans) and cleanliness of the lobby. Our room was on the corner on the top floor, leading to stunning views in two directions that was wonderful to wake up to. The bathroom was large and the shower had good water pressure and heat. The complimentary breakfast had hot food and cold food options, along with three coffee options (medium, medium decaf, and chicory coffee) and juice and tea. The common space downstairs had nice furniture and good Wifi too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location—everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the area super convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We really appreciated that they let us check in early, which made a big difference after a long trip. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to relax. The breakfast was decent with a nice variety to start the day. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was everything expected but the matresses were lacking, super thin. The sheets were the loud ones that wake everyone up everytime someone moves. Those are really our only two complaints, everything else was great. We were on the top floor so it was super quiet except the noise of the elevator going up and down but we were right next to it and it was no louder than any cars outside. The breakfast was well supplied and as you would expect for continental. We would stay here again.
